@DanskiCS@Steam@valvesoftware Rip, sorry for your friend’s loss. How to prevent this from happening is to never click sponsored links and use an ad blocker. Always sign into official Steam site first, and any site that asks you to login again with credentials is suspicious. And also enable family view
@DanskiCS@Steam@valvesoftware Either this or his iCloud got hacked and the scammer can re-create the login from their own phone. Everyone should disable backups for Steam on their phone which is enabled by default.
@DanskiCS@Steam@valvesoftware Then they get a code on their phone which allows the scammer to switch the authenticator to the scammers phone in 2 days, then after 2 days, all items are instantly gone
@anarchyycod @DeskPopDave@Roddy93@NICKMERCS True but still far from successful. It doesn’t look like he’s trying hard to expand his audience and his channel isn’t monetized so it’s not making any money for now and for the foreseeable future, seems just like a hobby thing which is fine
@DeskPopDave@Roddy93@NICKMERCS I’m on neither side of this, but 14k subs is not that impressive, anyone who knows what they’re doing can get there in less than a couple months. Also you kinda proved his point since your most popular video only has 40k views
@jakethedegen@CsNeok There’s a mental barrier u have to cross to go out and get 3rd party software, sorta like first degree murder, but using exploits could be comparable to something way less severe like 3rd degree. Bad that it happened, but it doesn’t deserve the maximum punishment
@CommaCommon@Ozzny_CS2 Cs has the best skin system out of any game. Different patterns, wear values, and stickers give the ability to make every skin feel more personal. The pros overshadow the cons here
