@JioCare a engineer was scheduled to arrive at my residence at 3pm, but guess what, its been happening daily and no one is here again like no one was there since 4 days :)

@JioCare @reliancejio it's quite shameful to address this but it's been 4 days since my wifi went down and I have been putting tickets, engineers are constantly lying that they aren't getting access to my premises, and I haven't got any engineer support at my 🏠. Please hemlp.
