@JVVNLCCare @RajCMO Again, reimphasizing my point that the team isn't willing to co-operate. FYI, complaints are registered by entering K Number which has all consumer details. So technically, u r saying that even after getting the K number, you don't have the consumer details n phone number?

Summers have not even arrived yet in Jaipur and we see 3-4 hours long power cuts already happening in my locality. Wonder what's in store in Apr - June of this year.
