The difference between the invention of the car and AI/Robotics is that AI/Robotics will soon be better than humans at literally everything. There will be no work for humans to do. The idea that this tech will create new jobs is laughable. It doesnt replace one sector of the economy like new technologies of the past, it replaces all of them. This has never happened before.
