@megannn_lynne The only problem with NHS CBT is they end after 6 sessions & you can’t re-apply for 3 months.
I was much better after my 6 sessions but still didn’t feel I had all the tools I needed to continue my positive trajectory.
Anyway, different therapies will work for different people.
@megannn_lynne CBT worked for me where private therapy didn’t. Private therapy was just them listening and going ‘yeah seems a bit unfair lad. Btw, that’ll be £60’.
CBT helped me break down issues into things I could resolve & things I couldn’t resolve & help me shift perspectives.
@suemcco11 I tend to hyperfocus on things, sometimes even to my own detriment. And I am exhausted all the time.
I usually enjoy seeing my friends AFTER I’ve seen them. In the lead up to social events, the prospect seems exhausting & like a ‘task to complete’.
@suemcco11 I was diagnosed with ASD level 1 this year. I finally decided to get tested after noticing being irrationally upset by certain noises when trying to work. Doors shutting, traffic droning, people talking at the same time/over each other like a swimming pool echo in the next room.
@remarks Cool if we can do MSN next, that’d be great.
(I know Microsoft has invested everything into Teams- but nobody is using that outside of their corporate life)
@g47ix Mine’s not been working very well. I’ve passed 7 pokestops and it’s not spun any. And it’s only caught 5 pokemon so far. I’m pretty sure more would have been available if I just opened the game.
@BBCBreaking Obviously it’s implied it’s not Nigel Mansell- I’m not suggesting it’s not obvious given the context- but I just don’t know how cut and dry it is legally for the t-shirt to not be explicit in it’s reference.
@BBCBreaking So instead the local force is going to investigate the person wearing the t-shirt. (Which they’ll probably have a hard time doing anything about anyway. The t-shirt says the word ‘Nigel’ on it. It doesn’t specify which one. Insufficient evidence. Bro could hate Nigel Mansell 😂)
@JordyP1993 Hi Jordy, We’re very sorry this has happened and for the inconvenience caused. This isn’t the experience we want anyone to have when taking part in our giveaways. We’re looking into what went wrong with the fulfilment of the prize so we can make sure it doesn’t happen again
