@benjamingaines My favorite is the full court press in the 3rd grade. Nothing like dominating on a gimmick that won’t consistently work once kids learn to dribble and pass.
@AntiRacistJazz Students are free to display the symbol on backpacks, t-shirts, or any number of ways. I was concerned as well, but after speaking to him, I think the article exaggerated the situation quite a bit.
@AntiRacistJazz I actually spoke to him on the phone about it today. The article lacked detail and the headline was misleading. This is a no flags in classrooms policy that has been in place for years, not something targeting these groups. Also, it applies only to district employees…
@Tjonesonthenba If I remember correctly, when this first came up in the spring, Don only said he wanted to go to talk to the politicians. Didn’t even come down on the side opposite them - just said let’s talk. It says a lot about their argument that they dropped it rather than talk.

To me, the speed at which he made us all forget the guy who left a week after he arrived says as much about the quality of person @spidadmitchell is as it does his skill on a basketball court. I would hope it also says more about @utahjazz fans than a few Twitter clowns...
