So @united canceled my 0630 flight tomorrow at 2100 tonight for no apparent reason. Can’t actually get a person to talk to me or return my call. Now I’m stuck in limbo and looking at rental cars and hotels to get to an airport with a decent carrier.

@united When you delay a flight and you cannot possibly make the connecting flight why don’t you just automatically work it out for the customer. Have been on hold for 1hr 10 min at 1am☹️ Not a great way to start vacation!

@united Very frustrated with this airline. We sat in the plane for 8 hours. For them to send our flight to Madison, Wisconsin. Then decide that giving a $10 voucher for food and a hotel that is located 34 mins away (with only one taxi running) would make up for it.

Update: after all flights out being canceled - we are at a SUPER dirty gross ass motel in the ghetto. No good flights to Buffalo tomorrow so I'm rented a car to drive home instead. United Airlines has the worst customer service of any company I've ever encountered.
