Dès lors, en l'absence d'éléments nouveaux, le FC Girondins de Bordeaux s'est désisté de l'appel interjeté à l'encontre de la décision de la DNCG en date du 9 juillet 2024.

En conséquence, le FC Girondins de Bordeaux accepte la sanction de rétrogradation administrative au sein du Championnat de National 1 pour la saison 2024/2025 et sera à nouveau convoqué pour présenter son budget devant la DNCG.

La période qui s’ouvre doit permettre au FC Girondins de Bordeaux de revenir plus fort et au plus haut niveau. Le Club et son actionnaire assurent les supporters, et l’ensemble des parties prenantes, de leur volonté de protéger les intérêts du Club. »
