Philly Cheesesteak Casserole
Ingredients
1 Ib ground beef
1 small onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella
½ cup cream cheese
½ cup beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and black pepper
Directions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet; drain excess grease.
Add onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook until softened.
Stir in cream cheese, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Serve hot.
Garlic Butter Steak Bite Penne 🧄🥩🧈

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
450 g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
300 g penne pasta
4 tbsp butter, divided
5 cloves garlic, finely minced
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup reserved pasta water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Method
Cook the pasta:
Boil penne in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
Season the steak:
Toss steak cubes with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Sear the steak:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add steak in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until deeply browned. Remove and set aside.
Make the garlic butter:
Lower the heat to medium. Add 3 tablespoons butter and the minced garlic. Cook for about 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
Bring it together:
Add the cooked penne and a splash of pasta water. Toss until glossy and coated. Stir in Parmesan and the remaining tablespoon of butter.
Add the steak:
Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss gently with the pasta and garlic butter. Add more pasta water if needed.
Finish:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan...🧄🥩🧈
