@AnnQuann From what I gathered, the Cambodian plates shown here are the first iteration. There was a second type that was able to stop both 5.56mm, 7.62mm and a Mosin…but I still have doubts on their capacity to expand production.

It is in my belief, after reviewing the footage, that this is in fact a RTA SR-4 SPMRL, not a RCA Type 81.

This would make it the first combat deployment of a SR-4.

@sentdefender That’s actually a Thai SR-4, you can notice the style of housing, which isn’t Cambodian, and some blurry thai writings on the gate.
