@realTwang2000@Milajoy@grok@grok isn’t it more plausible they are reading from an incohearant game card or something similar and the video is intentionally misleading?
@hottytoddystros@jontweetssports Also, at the D2 level they can just claim a medical redshirt without the same burden as D1. They didn’t have to file the way a school like Ole Miss would have. That’s where the lack of paperwork comes in. Ferris State had more than enough for D2 purposes so it wasn’t an issue.
@JoshPateCFB Move Bowl Games to week 0 (new week 1) makes them relevant. Conference championships are removed for conference play in games. New years six still rotate for quarter finals and Semis. (Just not played on New Years anymore) championship played on New Year’s.
No they red-shirted him. Just not medically because it’s not required in D2 to get the extra year of eligibility like it is in D1. If they had the same rules, they would have medically red shirted him. Instead they can just not play a player for a year and he retains eligibility. Because they were already “red-shirting” him for developmental reasons and it wasn’t a mid season injury, they didn’t see the need to get a formal medical red-shirt. Since they hadn’t, there’s no medical records to provide.
Also, tonight you can listen to the @OleMissNetwork as you watch on the @SECNetwork! “Experience Ole Miss at the @Fiesta_Bowl with the Hometown Radio offering on SECN. The call from Ole Miss Learfield Radio Network will be synced with ESPN’s SkyCast & a head coach ISO.” - ESPN
It’s the Rev Share contract that’s in dispute, not NIL. Rev Share is 100% legal pay for play per the House ruling. Why is that so hard to understand? It’s like you national guys are 2 years behind reality… whether it’s a binding contract is for the courts, but it’s absolutely a publicly undisputed pay for play contract.
Thanks for stopping to take a pic with us, Ro. Your wife was amazing for not only her willingness to take the picture for us but for her insistence to take the time to get “better lighting” ❤️
Guys like you Deuce, Matt Luke, Cory Peterson, and Ben Craddock etc. are what turned me into a lifelong fan, and the reason we are where we are today. Your continued loyalty and contributions lead to this moment. The Craddock’s generous giving to athletics, Matt plugging the holes of a sinking ship and still somehow recruiting elite talent even with one arm tied behind his back. Taking the crap so the players and university didn’t have to. All of the pain and heartbreaking moments that lead to more pain and heartbreaking moments are what drove the decisions to get us here, now.
Eli getting his foot stepped on, 4th and 25, Treadwell breaking his leg, the Piss and Miss game, losing at home to Kentucky, Lane pulling a Lane… all of it lead to this. You guys crawled and walked so this team could run. Without pain, there is no joy.

@TheDegenWeekly It’s OLine play. The OLine cliff is real and it’s getting worse. You see it in the NFL, down to college and high school. I think less kids are wanting to play the “big ugly” positions and DTs and DEs are getting freakishly athletic. The parity is missing at the OLine position.
@JoshPateCFB Bowls should move to week 0 or 1 “pre season” games. A chance to play a big time matchup against schools they normally wouldn’t play. In a city they’d normally never get to travel to. Against a team that gets to test them early, without implications on the rest of the season.
@WAOM_ I think we move to a 9 game conference schedule. Making it to where every team hosts and visits every other team in the league every 4 years. And with that, the one game power 5 non-conference mandate will go away, unfortunately.
Also was a different time. Deuce averaged 5 ypc in a pro style offense out of I formation, when the defense knew it was coming. He was a 6’1” 220lb back that ran a 4.27 40time. He’d run over you, around you, or jump over you. And if he hit the second level, good luck catching him.
He returned kicks for touchdowns, pass blocked, ran routes from the back field or slot or split out wide, making catches many receivers couldn’t, all while carrying the rock 20+ times a game.
If @Lane_Kiffin had @dmcallister26 on his offense, he’d probably have been a 2k+ total yards guy. And he LOVED Ole Miss. would have been a huge chemistry guy and great teammate.
