@mincedporkmeat Yeah, Deltarune has a much bigger team developing and helping with it, so the quality and polish of the game is really nice. From what I remember, Toby started getting more people after ch2 too so that helped a lot I think.
I'm sure I'll really like the new chapters
Its so late and I need sleep for tomorrow but I am not even remotely tired, if anything my stupid brain wants to yap about things but I should be sleeping or else I am literally going to perish at work tomorrow
I guess I can consider myself mildly lucky since my empathy feels largely restricted to cognitive empathy but I still care and try to be considerate towards people. I just try to do so from a safe distance
It's honestly really tragic that so many people develop and learn empathy cause of hypervigilance from trauma and they spend so much of their time being sensitive and aware of other people's thoughts and feelings that they burn themselves out and use it as fuel for self-shame
It does eat at my mental health and self esteem a little bit though, every post or comment.
I get that feeling of confusion of what people actually want or need and how I am most likely the exact opposite somehow. Even though people have their own preferences
Sometimes I'll just be doomscrolling at unholy times and see a post about a trait that relates to me in some way and I look and there's like 30 different comments about how people with those traits are the worst people ever lol
I try not to take it too seriously cause I know I'm trying my best with what I know and the people complaining are probably referring to something I *probably* don't actually do.
You know, this may be the first time I've seen one of these almostly perfectly describe me.
Though, I doubt its healthy to see myself through some random meme stereotype, a few things are kind of just unrelated to me
I feel like empathy is slowly turning into a lost art. Every year, people seem to care less and less about understanding and caring about others.
Its pretty concerning and its also incredibly isolating/lonely.
The days where I spend a good amount of my times crying due to suddenly reminding myself of how much I miss people I care about that aren't friends with me anymore really sucks
Would I feel better if I started talking someone and knowing that I *didn't* hear a buzzer?
or would I feel like the worst person ever hearing my mistakes play out in the form of a loud buzzer
If some day people actually like look and read this some of this. I am normal, I swear, I literally just use twitter to vent and journal to the void at this point cause I know full well nobody really cares to read it right now
