So, you know how I got to spend the first part of my Fourth? Figuring out why my phone stopped working. Fully paid, everything should be fine. But @boostmobile, it turns out, is a horrible company that no one should ever trust as a customer. My first clue was when...
@BoostCare I've been waiting a full hour now for a customer support representative. It is very well-cemented for me: no way I will ever stay on as a customer. This is outrageous.
@BoostCare FIFTY FOUR MINUTES!!!! FIFTY FOUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And I just found out: the only way I can port my number is by... TALKING ON THE PHONE WITH A COMPANY THAT NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE OR KEEPS THE PROMISE OF A CALLBACK.
@BoostCare Check the rest of the thread. If you can chat and fix this, I'd appreciate it. But I probably won't stay a customer. You've ruined a very important day.
@BoostCare Once it's back on, and I get to explain EXACTLY how upset I am to a human... there is NO WAY that I remain a customer beyond this month. This is unacceptable on a level I can barely describe.
@BoostCare I think I was pretty clear. One of the best Naval events in human history is happening three blocks from my house, and I'm stuck waiting for customer support to find out why my bill went up without telling me on a "Forever" plan. And my phone was suspended WITHOUT TELLING ME.
7/ This time, my wait time is 25 minutes. I've waited 10 so far and have unleashed this rant. But I've made my decision: neither I, nor ANYONE, should bother with being a customer of @boostmobile. The "savings" comes at quite a high cost, and @Mintmobile is better.
6/This is one of the worst parts about this awful, poorly-run, nontransparent, incompetent, dishonest, fraudulent company. Whenever you break down and need customer support? 20, 30, 40 minutes in line. And then half the time they don't have the tools needed to help you.
