@TheOfficialJVS Hi! I’ve installed numerous styles of these gates, as a carpenter we often get asked to install them. You’re absolutely wrong in the argument of height position. They are set at a standard height, never once has this ever been disputed or questioned on any of my installs. Ever

@TheOfficialJVS It’s very much like not wanting your new front door handle at a certain height on a new build house. This will void any building control or regulations in place.

You can’t expect everything as the customer to be as ‘you want’ it on something that’s mass manufactured.

@TheOfficialJVS British standards are in place for a reason. The gate is manufactured offsite and is not a bespoke design (you can have them adapted in height) where you can pick and choose the height of specifics. This seems very one sided toward the consumer.
