@AmericanAir It took nearly 2 hours to get my bag. After an hr and 40 mins of waiting they told us our bags were at gate B30 when we were at B5 waiting that entire time with no explanation. I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving! An apology does very little when you rob us of our time

I’ve been waiting for over an hour for bags to come out thru baggage claim. This is unacceptable! To also be told by an AA employee that there is only 1 crew unloading inbound planes and that I can complain to customer service if I want but I’ll just need to wait.

@Delta Flight is delayed and the pilot says that we haven’t taken off because the fuel guy didn’t indicate the fuel numbers before he left & now they’re looking for the guy to validate fuel #’s on the aircraft WTH??? At least they’re not blaming “weather” right?
