The final boss of the Matrix is the one trying to escape it.
If you feel lost in the so-called matrix, another book, YouTube video, meditation, or spiritual practice may help.
But none of them is the final exit.
Because the real matrix isn't only the world outside you.
It's identification with the voice in your head, and the resistance to everything you feel.
There are two ways to start seeing through it.
First: question the prisoner.
When the mind says:
"I'm stuck"
“I need to escape"
"I need an answer"
Ask:
Who is stuck?
To whom do these thoughts appear?
Who am I?
Don't search for an intellectual answer.
Notice the gap before thought responds.
There is silence there.
Rest in it.
Something becomes clear: the one claiming to be trapped is itself another thought appearing in awareness.
Second: stop escaping your body.
When life triggers anger, jealousy, fear, irritation, or frustration, don't immediately suppress it, explain it, or distract yourself.
Locate the sensation in the body.
Feel it without judgment.
No resistance.
No story.
Let it exist exactly as it is.
This is how the old emotional charges, beliefs, and identities begin to lose their grip.
Escaping the Matrix isn't about finding a better world.
It's about removing the layers that stop you from seeing this one directly.
Question the one who feels trapped.
Stop resisting what arises.
Wake up, Neo...
The prison was never outside you.
i spent 8 years learning one thing:
how to sit in the dark without running.
not because i'm enlightened,
because i had no choice.
the darkness kept showing up,
and everything i tried to escape it only made it worse.
so i learned to stay.
⸻
here's what i discovered:
we exist in infinite light. always have.
but we're trapped in boxes. dark boxes.
and inside each box — there are trigger points.
- people who irritate you.
- situations that make you spiral.
- thoughts that won't leave you alone.
most people spend their lives trying to escape the box.
they distract. they numb. they blame the world.
but the box doesn't open from the outside.
it opens from within.
⸻
i learned this early on.
i was reading the kybalion — the hermetic principles — and one idea changed everything:
the pendulum.
life swings. light to dark. joy to suffering. up and down.
most people get dragged by the swing.
when it's good, they cling.
when it's bad, they collapse.
but the text said something different:
you can neutralize the swing.
not by avoiding the dark,
by staying conscious through it.
so i started paying attention.
every time i reacted — to a person, a situation, anything — i noticed something:
the problem was never out there,
the situation just triggered something in me.
an emotion. old. stored. waiting.
and when i traced it back — it always connected to something from my past.
a moment where that feeling was first created,
locked into my nervous system,
never fully felt.
now, decades later, life kept serving me situations that poked the same wound.
not to punish me,
to show me where the box was.
⸻
this is what most people miss:
the trigger isn't the problem,
the emotion underneath is.
and the only way out is through.
so i started doing the work.
every time the darkness came —
i didn't run,
i sat with it.
located the feeling in my body.
didn't try to fix it. didn't analyze it. just felt it..
and something strange happened:
the feeling would transform. then dissolve.
and the thoughts attached to it? gone. effortlessly.
the box would crack open a little more.
and light would come in.
⸻
but here's the part nobody warns you about:
the more aware you become — the more old stuff surfaces.
i remember doing deep inner work, feeling clear, feeling good
and then everything falling apart.
relationships. situations. my sense of self.
i thought:
wait, i'm doing the work.. why is it getting worse?
⸻
until i understood:
awareness doesn't protect you from darkness,
it reveals it.
every new level of presence opens a new layer of old conditioning.
things that were buried start rising.
not because you're failing,
because you're finally ready to feel them.
⸻
the only way through is through.
you sit with it. you feel it. you let it move.
and then — light.
not because you forced it,
because you stopped blocking it.
⸻
this is the game i've been playing for years.
i still enter dark boxes. still get triggered. still feel the weight.
but i don't swing like i used to.
i stay in the middle.
not numb. not collapsed. just... present.
there's an underlying peace that doesn't depend on circumstances.
it's not that the darkness stops coming.
it's that you stop being afraid of it.
⸻
light and dark are two sides of the same coin.
you can't have one without the other.
the lesson is never to escape the darkness.
the lesson is always inside it.
sit with the feeling,
let the box open.
the light was never gone.
you just couldn't see it yet.
@DodgysDD "Go to zero" he says.
"Not real value" he says.
Measured against what, exactly?
Everything that can be endlessly printed goes to zero against that which cannot.
And real value?
Bro. Wake up.
You gotta start actually thinking about the future if you want to survive it.
I don't own Bitcoin so I can sell it for more dollars in the future
I own Bitcoin because I want a better future for the next generation

@RobertKennedyJr People sense a change in the air. Some call it a vibe shift. It's spiritual.
Patriotism isn't outdated—it's just been waiting for a new generation to embrace it.
Plato famously tells us of prisoners chained in a cave, unable to move their bodies, looking at a blank wall. Behind them are puppeteers holding up puppets and a fire. The prisoners can’t see the puppeteers, or the puppets, or the fire. What the prisoners see are conjured shadows on the wall. And the prisoners mistake those shadows for life, for reality, for truth.
This old story speaks to us now.
It describes the way the media projects a distorted shadow of reality onto our televisions and computer screens. It describes the way politicians from the two parties distort fellow Americans into black-and-white abstractions and hate-objects.
America, we need to escape this captivity. We need to leave the cave. We can no longer mistake shadows for the truth.
Outside the cave there are sobering problems, yes, but there are also rivers and trees and sunlight. And fellow human beings. And a beautiful nation. #Kennedy24
@nayibbukele Good question.
I think civilization in general should seek to increase consciousness and explore the stars, in order to understand the Universe.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my short time on this planet it’s that instead of trying to meet people, it’s far better to become the person that people want to meet. Climb mountains, build companies, do hard things, save lives. Follow your own path and tell your own story.
