Its only a 28” pizza not a 32” pizza. You mistook the 32 oz drink. You also calculated area as πd^2 instead of πr^2. Instead of 3217 square (sqr) inches (in) of pizza total but it’d only be 616 sqr in of pizza or 313 sqr in of per person.
