@SouthernRailUK my daughter (13) travelled solo this w/e from E croydon to see friends. 30 min delay. Platform changed last min, no time to walk over. She asked an employee for help, where her train was. He ignored her, dispatched a train, laughed at her and said it was that one

@LNRailway chaos at London Euston today at 12.46. 3 mins notice to board the train. 3 other arrivals on neighbouring platforms. Absolutely gridlock by passengers arriving and departing. Crowd control non existent. Almost missed our train (we were there 1 HR early). Dangerous

@wowcher Trying to get help with an unsent item is a nightmare. Your phones don't work and no-one is answering my whatsapp of 5 hours ago. Currently only received a partial refund, and that in vouchers. No good. I would like my money back. All of it.

@JustCraggles I've got the same problem but the older Rapid test LFTs give me a negative. The newer Flowflex LFT gives a positive. PCR is negative

Positive LFT, negative PCR. That's Christmas blown out. Tests not making sense
