@elonmusk I know you probably won’t see this, but you need to address your Matthews, NC location. Terrible customer service and they NEVER answer the phone. Just go check the google reviews sir. I’m very unsatisfied as a first time Tesla owner.

@Tesla Worse experience on leasing our tesla yesterday. At Matthews, NC. Signing went smoothly for a 12:30 appt. Went out to get car snd it was in garage for 3 hours. Seat torn and scratches on hood snd side panels
