The International Criminal Court has included Sen. Ronald "Bato" dela Rosa in its public database of wanted persons. He is tagged as being "at large."

The tribunal said the arrest warrant against Dela Rosa was issued in secret on Nov. 6, 2025 and unsealed on May 11, 2026.
