For some reason, I have never looked at these things & felt that I was missing out. I have my small joys that mean a lot to me. I recently discovered an eatery that grills marinated chicken necks. Sells them at 30 bob each. I cannot tell you the profound joy those necks bring me.
I pick almost 20 at a go. I Keep them in the fridge. And I can't wait to get home. Everytime To prep some ugali. And get to work. I didn't sleep at home yesterday because of some work commitments, and all I can think about even this morning,at 5 am, is what I will do when I finally get my hands on those grilled, juicy chicken necks. I'll probably sing a hymn. Like I did last time. Probably do a little dance.
That side of Nairobi may never get to experience the joy of a juicy, grilled chicken neck with a bowl of steaming ugali, and salad. When you are finally alone, without the cameras, and it just feels right. Complete. Alive.
I didn't set out to live a long life so I'm not entirely keen on wealth. If I seek money, it's merely to keep body & soul together as nature demands. But beyond that, my aspirations lean more towards adventure: to experience new people, sights, cuisines & the occasional romance.
You're a man.
Get out of your fucking room.
Pack your laptop and go to a coffee shop. A hotel. Rent a bnb for the weekend. Go to a different city.
Go ANYWHERE, but your room
After 37 years of age as a man, I’ve finally come to realize that the only cure to depression is just leaving the house at every single possible opportunity no matter how badly you don’t want to.
Our boy Eric Ochieng Waoh was a very hardworking man. Despite being raised in a humble background, he fought his way to the top. He built a magnificent house in Kitale and had already spent KSh 9 million on it. He was looking forward to officially opening it this month. Last month, after a night out at a club, one of his friends drove him home in a BMW.
Along Mbagathi Road, the car rolled several times, and sadly, all three occupants lost their lives. Eric never got the chance to sleep in his new house. We laid him to rest this weekend, next to the beautiful home he had worked so hard to build.
Life is truly difficult to understand. Sometimes, just when everything seems to be falling into place, it takes an unexpected turn. May his soul rest in Eternal peace
Men, sometimes I genuinely sympathise with MPs and politicians because the financial pressure around them is insane. Give an MP Ksh. 500,000 today and it may not survive ten minutes once funerals, harambees, school fees, medical bills and endless personal requests start coming in.
By the time they wake up, some lazy people are already at the gate expecting breakfast, lunch, supper and transport money, while the usual chokoraas and joyriders trail them everywhere like dogs waiting for handouts.
Unless an MP has a serious, sustainable business or another sharp source of income, things are very bad out here. Politics may look glamorous from a distance, but maintaining that lifestyle can swallow money faster than people imagine.
The best family planning methods:
• Calendar
• Condom
• Semen retention (Dry Orgasm)
Keep your women away from hormonal contraceptives.
They are harmful to their hormonal, metabolic, and psychological health.
Intra-uterine coils are not safe either.
Last year in May 1st i was in Prison, heavily in debt and at my lowest. This year May 1st, i was busy logging the final hours of my commercial license, Next year i might be in Monaco with a baddie. No one knows.
Thats the beauty about life, nothing is permanent apart from God.

Normalize being very direct, very straight to the point and very assertive. A surprising amount of tension in adult life exist because people avoid saying what they actually mean.
