@fivebelow I bought a charger for a watch, took it home and it started to separate as I took it out of the box. Put it right back in, took off to the store and they won’t exchange or refund it. Not just bullshit but also very unsafe. I’ll be filing a chargeback and complaints.

[Julie Otte-Rash @jotterash]

@SBCubs A, this would be an iconic jersey with both Hogwarts and the Patronus! I’d buy one right now!

[Julie Otte-Rash @jotterash]

@amazon promised delivery today by 3 and somehow now it won’t be here until after 6 tomorrow? And no one could be bothered to let me know? Please explain why I’m paying for Prime when same day really means whenever the hell you want.

[Julie Otte-Rash @jotterash]

@IndMembersCU I’m about 18 hours from switching to another institution. Cole M. on your chat is being beyond ridiculous and refusing to help me. If we don’t find some kind of a resolution before tomorrow morning, I’ll be doing just that.

[Dr. Jeff Butts @WayneTwpSuper]

Due to a power outage @BenDavisHS and @BenDavisNGC, students will not be in attendance Wednesday, May 14. Staff should still report and receive instructions from your building administrators. All other buildings in @WayneTwpSchools are operating normally. #wearewayne

[Wayne Township Fire Department @Waynetwpfire]

Wayne Township Fire Department is on the scene of a motor vehicle accident with entrapment at the 9100 block of Rockville Road on the west side of Indianapolis. The westbound lanes are closed. Please take 10th St. or Washington Street to avoid the area.

@LionBrandYarn if this isn’t false advertising, I don’t know what is. I tried within an hour of getting yesterday’s email and they were sold out so to send this more than 24 hours later is just reprehensible.

[Julie Otte-Rash @jotterash]

@FedExHelp I’ve wasted 40 minutes and have been disconnected twice by your “customer service representatives” who clearly have a language barrier and aren’t understanding my question. I’d like to speak with someone KNOWLEDGEABLE about this issue.

[Julie Otte-Rash @jotterash]

@thevicindy so is Swing happening or not? I called the office and they said that it’s been “postponed” until next year and that it’s on all of your social media but all of your socials say that it’s on and you’re “making adjustments” due to weather. So which is it?

[Julie Otte-Rash @jotterash]

@thevicindy @KriegDeVault I just called the Vic and Michelle said it’s postponed until next year. So is it postponed or not?

@smileyradioshow they DID start the race, they got through the first stage after several rain delays. Hamlin did have the pole but he maintained the lead for the first stage.

[Julie Otte-Rash @jotterash]

NASCAR Michigan race halted by rain after Stage 1, will resume Monday. ⁦@smileyradioshow⁩ Denny Hamlin didn’t win, they couldn’t finish the race yesterday due to rain. They’ll run it today at 11 am. https://t.co/KGMLgFkZpn

Reality. It shouldn’t require me to do your jobs for you. Oh, and all that was after the link on your webs not working. Try it. Click the link to make a defective claim on custom shoes. Nothing happens, even weeks later after I brought it to your attention repeatedly.

[Julie Otte-Rash @jotterash]

@Converse please explain why I filed a defective claim in June, it was closed last week because I “didn’t provide photos”, I wasted another hour calling and confirming that they indeed had the photos in the email and that they’d be reopening my claim and I’d get an

[Julie Otte-Rash @jotterash]

He claims he just sent me an email and of course he didn’t. We have been incredibly patient but paying $100 for custom shoes that fail less than 100 days in is ridiculous. Do you not want brand loyalty from your customers? Because you’re doing an amazing job of making that a
