Among the 19 unsanctioned firms: manufacturers of gyroscopes for cruise missiles and navigation systems for guided air-launched missiles.

The EU had sanctioned only 23% of 482 entities linked to Rostec, KRET's parent corporation, an August report by the anti-corruption organization NAKO found.

Ukraine's intelligence called for more defense companies to be added to sanctions lists.

President Zelenskyy says a Russian drone attack on a shopping mall in his hometown of Kryvyi Rih killed 14 people and injured more than 100 others, among them 11 children. Ukraine’s State Emergency Service said it was a double tap attack in broad daylight; a Russian drone struck the mall and as first responders were helping victims a second drone attacked.

KASPAROV: How much longer will it be possible to issue visas to Russians? Last year, 520,000 Schengen visas were issued.

Russians are everywhere, on French Riviera, in Italy, they're present everywhere. They organized their festival in Venice.

Start creating problems for people who can actually change something. So far, they don’t have any such problems.

Start doing something that could lead to a change in elite’s mindset. Now, they don’t feel that their problems are truly serious.

For Russian elite, for people making decisions, it’s still not obvious that West truly intends to end Putin'a era for real.

For example, at International Olympic Committee, they let them back in. Everything can be arranged through influence.

Putin still has ability to influence international organizations. For elite to turn against him, they must understand he’s cornered.

Situation is worsening, but hasn’t reached critical point. To dare to stand up against dictator, critical mass of opposition is needed.

The rest of the world must clearly show that the goal is to topple Putin’s regime. Meanwhile, no one is setting such a goal.

Everyone is still trying to reach an agreement with him. When Putin hears about negotiations, his position only strengthens.
