We often think change is happening “out there” in our work, our roles, our circumstances.
But the same movement is happening within us.
Nothing we experience is permanent.
What remains?
I can’t be bothered… no energy… no motivation.
Instead of giving in, I use my breath.
25 deep breaths. In through the nose, out through the mouth.
Watch what happens to your state.
I know this happens to more of us than we admit. Everything starts building up… and before you realise it, you’re overwhelmed.
