Jaish e Muhammad Terror Operative Umar Muhammad is key to Red Fort blast. Umar was an accomplice of Dr. Muzamil and Dr. Aadil who were arrested earlier from Saharanpur in UP & Faridabad in Haryana. Umar was likely killed in the blast. He got the car from Tariq. Tariq got it from another accomplice who is still being traced.

This photo is likely not of Umar or Tariq but a third accomplice who took the car and handed over to Tariq. Midnight investigations into Red Fort blast underway at war footing by Delhi Police, Special Cell, Crime Branch, J&K Police, NSG, NIA, FSL, IB and other agencies.

On the main line, the delay is around 8-10 minutes, but it is primarily because of reduced speed on account of reduced visibility due to the heavy rains which are reported at various locations from Karjat to Kalyan, Kasara to Kalyan, as well as Kalyan to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus...During evening peak time, when the high tide time also coincides, around 6:30 PM, there has been an additional deployment of manpower, specifically engineering manpower, who have been deployed at various locations that are previously prone to waterlogging, and they have been equipped with an adequate amount of water removing materials and the motors of high capacity pumps have been provided at multiple locations..."
