@McAfee_Help i’m extremely upset by the service I received from your company. I was speaking to somebody yesterday and they remote access to my computer and when I didn’t want them on my computer anymore, they tried to stop me from ending the connection!!!

@McAfee I was just speaking with one of your customer support people and they asked to access my computer… And they would not let me shut it off. I was literally fighting her for control of my mouse to get her off of my computer. Completely unacceptable customer service.

Word to the wise, don’t buy the insurance! They cost a lot of money and it really doesn’t help at all. The most you get back is 50% and it doesn’t cover so many things including complications from pre-existing conditions. #sebastianmaniscalco
