@Matt_Pinner No. 20% is $2 for every $10 spent (or $1 for every $5) & round up to the nearest $5 or $10. In this example, $85.50 would turn into $90, & $2 for every $10 is $18 so the tip is $18 which is a 21.05% tip. If the bill was $22.98, it would round to $25 and the tip would be $5.

@Xfinity / @XfinitySupport Why is it when someone cancels you’ll charge them a full month of their bill “because they have autopay enabled” and then, a month later, “refund them” for their “overpayment”? What company doesn’t TURN OFF an account the moment someone cancels it?

I was told NONE of this at cancelation. None. I was told I owed $40 and I would receive a cancelation email, which I did. I wasn't told to turn off auto pay, I wasn't told their process is charging then refunding. I was told "ok your account is canceled" and have a nice day.
