End of an era...the passing of my Mum, Pam, who met Christine in 1955 at @ManUtd & together they followed the Busby Babes & the 1st team, went to away games on steam trains & all home ones where they met Margaret in 1962 and attended matches together for another 58 years #GGMU ❤️

I’m happy to share that I’m no longer in the intensive care unit. However, I’m still in hospital. I hope to go home next week and take the next step in my recovery!

‘Edwin is still in the intensive care unit, but is stable. He is not in life-threatening danger. Every time we get to visit him, he’s communicative. We have to wait patiently to see how his situation will develop.’

On Friday, Edwin van der Sar has had a bleeding around his brain. He’s currently in hospital in the intensive care unit and is in a stable condition.

Once there is more concrete information, an update will follow.
