@Delta, PLEASE figure out your app. I get alerts for my baggage HOURS after I'm already home and unpacked. Today I got an alert that my flight to JFK was delayed..... while I was sitting at JFK. The alert was irrelevant, beyond late, and like the late baggage alerts, annoying.

Anyone else having delivery issues with @factormeals? I just received an update that my box was delivered (a day late) and it was NOT delivered. So I clicked on tracking and it appears that it's still in a town 45 minutes away. This is my first box and I'm already annoyed.

Over the last 2 days @Delta delayed two integral flights that kept my kid from getting home, rerouted him to the least convenient airport, & lost his bag. Now Rep says bag is going to an airport 4.5 hrs away. To say they've started his winter break crappy is an understatement.

I hope NASPA & ACPA will lead conversations around this. It's been happening for yrs but w the pandemic there has been a mass exodus - some not by choice but many very intentional exits to other industries.
