Before thinking about anything else, UCs should stop ingesting slop and media.
They consume heavily oiled slop leading to infertility and to killing their future population.
They consume information from media which often shares bullshit and is not credible.
Meanwhile, other communities are focusing on proliferation while discouraging their men and women from consuming both slop and media. They nurture both genders from childhood, instilling ideological indoctrination while feeding them nutritious foods, including dairy and meat products every day.
Meanwhile, our elders are feeding their children and grandchildren vegetable slop which results in malnutrition. This ultimately results in others heightmogging and IQ mogging us.

@AswinTvm3 Yup, it was true, but the timeline matters. They used to feast on cattle during the IVC but near the end of the Later Vedic period, they started banning cattle slaughter because of the dairy products they provided. Goat and sheep are still consumed in many sects.
