@mariahsudi I know a lot won't see the emphasis on "some level" of fear. The truth is that too much of everything is bad. Don't be too friendly and don't be too harsh. It is called balancing love and discipline.
Ineffective organizational communication can make that smart employee to look clueless. For freshers, it harms that initial adventure vibes.
A simple note to cancel meeting or task is very important. Simple note if showing up late or not coming at all. Documenting treatment and proper file arrangement.
Assuming they knows can be costly!
Effective communication is a life saver.
@TheLowkeyMummy She will choose between protecting his ego and staying healthy for yourself and newborn. The pain she will pass through after doing those stuff should be what will advice her. I don't how people decide to suffer themselves to please someone else
@jackunheard This is really bad! Is he the only person working in that unit? I was just scared what if the middle baby slipped? People just like taking risk that will cost them their license.
@TheLowkeyMummy I didn't really see any horror. That exercise is also good for her. She is neither going to farm nor stream with that pregnancy. Not to think the video is also edited
@SolaTheAnalyst The only crenchy my baby attended with any issues was my office crench. They were just 4 babies. And the nanny was very careful in handling not until my contract ended that was when I started experiencing this crench wahala
Over the week, I checked in two of my church members that wasn't strong and both of complained dizziness especially after bending.
I quickly share these few tips for them that they said helped them greatly. Just note our system is like recycling bin so it needs something to support those actions.
Few tips to recycle your system
1. Early morning glass of water.
2. Cooked vegetables like pumpkin or garden eggs leaves with local spicy(ukpaka, red oi) eat it alone or with any food their choice
3. Fruits-- watermelon, cucumber with fresh tomatoes.
4. Supplements (foilc acid & fesolate)
Fever degrade red blood cell which can lead to anemia. After each fever treatment and appetite returns, eat well to replenish what it has destroyed.
Remember that Health Is Wealth.
A honest answer just disqualified her in the middle of an interview.
Cynthia already in her second phase of virtual interview for the role of an Operations Manager which was moving smoothly until the interviewer asked, "Are you currently interviewing elsewhere?"
She honestly answered "Yes! In the first phase of interview" and this immediately changed the whole scene. At the this point the interviewer couldn't manage her emotions to at least to finish the section. She paused right away and letting her know they prefer an individual who is genuinely interested in their organization.
No opportunity to explain A or Z.
Cynthia sitting pretty in front of her laptop trying to figure out what next? Nothing else! The call just ended... And this left alot of questions in her mind.
Is it not okay while job hunting as someone who's unemployed to have multiple interviews?
Imagine if Cynthia is already working which means she might not be selected to even start the interview process at all.
Honesty still pays, is just that the organization representative couldn't deal with it.
For some days now, I have been heavy emotionally from the Story of Mrs Nzubechi Ojukwu who lost her 7 years old son due to medical negligence.
I literally was crying for a child I don't know.
I didn't cry because is an emotional story but that motherhood instinct that pictured 7 years of nurturing, carelessly taken away from her.
She made a video when they were getting ready to go to hospital following one week of cough. It was a very dry and unproductive cough.
She was already exhausted as one of her 6 months twin just got discharged. One statement that got me teary - " Since I gave birth , I never rest. From one person to the other". Motherhood tested her...
All their efforts to save their handsome boy was recorded.
She first want to Westcare hospital @ Egbeda Lagos to see a pediatrician. After making payment for consultation it took the consultant like 3 hours to show up. The family made another payment of 100k plus to commence treatment and that is where everything changed. The consultant left immediately after consulting and administration of medication. According to Mrs Nzube, her boy's condition became worse that he started requesting for water. This time around needing ICU care. This was a boy that walked in with his two legs with her mother, history of 1 week cough.
After another delay, back and forth they where transferred to another hospital that on call agreed they had ICU unit. Got there made payment only to receive the most shocking news - "Sorry Ma we don't have ICU, it was the managment that answered the call" this news was after another hours of delay and trying to stabilize him when they were fully aware the boy needs ICU.
This time around 3rd transfer in worse critical condition. Made payment in million. Experience another delay and the attending consulting being aggressive and rude. She left hospital around 2am leaving her husband as she still a nursing mother.
She said, when I got home I prayed and prayed, I cried hoping nothing happens to her 7 years of hardwork.
Few hours later, her husband came home and she asked " What are your doing here? Who did you leave my baby for? I left him with you" .
The husband was silent for a while hugging her and them he bursted into cry before she could say another word. " Baby! We lost him..."
I cried watching the effort, the negligence, the hope, the delays, the exhausted nurturing mother with twins. It broke my heart that I thought how broken the birth mother will be.
Please when it comes to delays and negligence, request for discharge, sign against medical advice, make calls if possible come online and you will get good recommendations of hospital to go. I have done it twice! And it worked!
Medical delay is dangerous!
Ask questions! Decide fast and act fast. A seconds early is enough to save life and vice versa.
@vapefuls I don't know why some people have this notion that it is only men can express their love and act it while women should hid theirs and play had to get. I express love and I do things for love. If the other partner decides to do otherwise, I will pray for him to meet their type.
