There is no shame is saying “I’ve been doing it wrong” make the change. Are you building a lasting positive legacy or a record of Wins and Losses?

*it’s also worth noting getting accolades and awards is great and but I would make an argument there may be a lot of hidden gems at that level that coaches simply chose not to highlight. It happens at every level and juco is no different.
