Quezon City naman. Mas mataas ang gastos ng Quezon City sa edukasyon, health, pabahay at social services kumpara sa confidential expenses nito. Mas mataas lang ang CF kumpara sa labor and employment. Tumataas din po taon taon ang inilalaan ng QC sa social services.
