@airtelindia There’s still no response, and even when I request cancellation, there doesn’t seem to be a clear process. It feels like a bit of a rabbit hole with Airtel.
@airtelindia Airtel’s escalation process is unbelievable—they claim my issue is a high priority, yet after five days, there’s still no resolution. Their engineer supposedly visited to fix it but just closed the ticket to meet TAT without actually resolving anything.
@IRCTCofficial I am currently on train 15231 from Prayagraj, which is running 4 hours late. As a result, I will miss my connecting train, 17481. There seems to be no effort to recover the delay. Could steps be taken to expedite the train, especially for d sake of the pilgrimage

Assetz does not have the caliber of A class builder and it's a pity that they consider themselves a good builder, when the management does not have a minimum courtesy to handle maintenance issue in existing projects
