@nates22many@LutzSchueler my late mother was being charged twice for her energy bills for over 2 years by Eon … it was only by chance that I was looking through her bank statements .. that I found this out .. and contacted EON .. to ask they why she was being charged twice ?
@nates22many@LutzSchueler I contacted the ceo of 02 but as expected got no response .. companies like these need naming and shaming .. older people who are not savvy on the internet and how to contact companies to resolve problems or don’t have anyone to help them must be so frightened …
@nates22many@LutzSchueler I have never dealt with such a nightmare of a company … 02 ate an absolute joke .. the amount of time my husband spent on the phone / chats / emails to this company was ridiculous … it was eventually resolved and his credit score was restored to a respectable score eventually

@dermay Dont buy from this company I had a bad allergic reaction to their MAPLE SUGARserum purchased 6 serums at a cost of £277 contacted customer support was told by a woman called Sarah who was actually quite abrupt and rude to return the serums at my own cost RMA code given NO REFUND
