@mheinrich 在很多场合都讲过 0G 的早期经历，可能 @colinwu 吴老师认识的某位朋友因英文水平有限，或因个人立场影响了判断，导致对 0G 创业背景的理解有所偏差。其实，我们的 CTO @spark_ren 也在多次 AMA 中提到过 0G 的创立过程。

0G 的创业背景

2023 年，@mheinrich 的同学 Thomas 找到他，提到自己曾投资的公司 Conflux 的两位��合创始人想要探索 AI 领域的创业方向。通过 Thomas 的引荐，Michael 结识了 @spark_ren 和 @FanLong16 。当时，AI 领域正处于爆发式增长阶段，尤其是在 @OpenAI 接受了 @Microsoft 的投资后，引发了业界对于 AI 未来发展方向的深入讨论。

四位创始人意识到，若 AI ���少数大型公司完全掌控，数据的可信性和安全性可能会受到影响。因此，他们开始思考，如何利用 Web3 和区块链技术，打造去中心化的 AI 解决方案，以提升数据的可用性和透明度。

从 2023 年 5 月起，创业团队结合各自的专长，开始组建核心成员，展开市场研究，探索可行的技术路径。在长达半年的“创始人约会”期间，他们在中国、硅谷两地往返交流，协调愿景与执行方案。到 2023 年底，@mheinrich 认为 AI 发展已进入关键阶段，而结合 @spark_ren 在微软的技术背景，团队有机会创造真正意义深远的变革。因此，Michael 退出了自己的 Web2 公司，决定全职投入 0G，并开始筹集资金。

早期融资与行业认可

创业初期，团队确实遇到了一些融资挑战，但很快便获得了行业知名机构的认可，包括 @alliancedao、@StanfordSBA、@orangedaooo 等机构，以及 @sandeepnailwal 等知名投资人的支持。团队的愿景——推动 AI 和区块链的结合，提升数据的可用性和可信度——得到了广泛共鸣。此外，@spark_ren 在 AI 数据存储领域的技术背景，与当时 Web3 巨型化数据可用性的趋势高度契合，使得团队在早期阶段便获得了多家机构的天使投资。

2024 年 2 月，@0g_labs 首次以公司的身份在 #ETHDenver 进行公开宣讲，进一步吸引了投资人的关注。其中，Web3 领域极具影响力的投资机构 @HACKVc3，在历时近四个月的尽职调查后，认可团队在技术、市场和团队背景上的潜力，并决定投资。随后，公司获得了更多 Web3 领域知名投资机构的支持。

发展与愿景
自 2024 年 2 月底起，团队正式推动社区建设和产品开发。不到一年的时间，@0g_labs 便完成了许多 Web3 项目���要多年才能实现的里程碑，并迅速确立了在行业中的领先地位。目前，我们已拥有 300 多家合作伙伴、4 个测试产品，以及一个去中心化 AI 操作系统。@0g_labs 正在以去中心化 AI 操作系统的角色，重塑 AI 和 Web3 交汇的未来。
