@Dayakasmoney @macvicquayns My advise is locate their office, and submit at their office. I can't imagine how many mails they get daily. I sent a mail with a different bank and details, submitted a different one at their office weeks later just incase and they paid to the second one.

@macvicquayns I got my insured sum yesterday, I had to open another account with matching details (account name) then matched to their office which was in a different state by the way to fill the form and submit just because I dont think they check their mail.
