It was amazing to witness the work of the Great Western Ambulance Service, who provide an invaluable service to help save the lives of #Bristol citizens and many more on a daily basis. #ThankYou@GWAAC
It was a pleasure to have all three High Sheriffs from our local areas visit the airbase on Monday to learn more about the service we provide in our local community๐ Thank you for taking the time to visit and meet our crew! ๐

When our crew travel by car to a patient, they give the same critical care that they would if they had arrived by helicopter. Our crew can then travel with the patient to hospital in a land ambulance. Hereโs one of our new critical care cars, used on a mission to @RUHBath.
PROUD MOMENT! 13 years ago today, our crew responded by helicopter for the very first time! We could not be here without your support, so a big thank you to all of you who have got us to where we are today. #ThrowbackThursday
It was another hot and busy day for our crew yesterday!
They were tasked to 8 incidents across the region including #Bath.
A huge thank you to @qfilmstv for sending us this awesome video of our crew taking off from the #RoyalCrescent yesterday.
Calling all aspiring GWAAC Critical Care Doctors and Specialist Paramedics! Do you want to know what it really takes to work for the crew? Dr Ed Valentine and APCC Vicki Brown tell us what a typical day looks like for our crew at the base. https://t.co/WUvLMm1Kq7
At @GWAAC we've worked closely with the fab team at @BevanBrittanLLP for many years, so it is so exciting to formalise this partnership. Looking forward to what more our teams can achieve together!
Very proud to work with South Wiltshire Hero nominee @GWAAC's Dr Phil Cowburn, who also received an MBE recently. Our team is so talented and dedicated!
Our Critical Care Team was formed in 2007. We started as the only Critical Care Team within the region. Now our crew are one of the busiest in the South West. Read how we grew to become one of the busiest Critical Care Teams in the region here: https://t.co/nyAFuwDDwb #TBT
A very happy #SomersetDay to our friends in Bath and North East Somerset and North Somerset! @GWAAC is proud to serve you all! Thank you for your generous support.
