@LGIndia I have raised a ticket more than 48 hours and my reference number RNP260525000954 assigned to THARUNM 888341327. But I’m yet to receive and call and the mobile number is incorrect.
@etihad I’m not sure why you have partnered with @bobcardofficial credit card. It is one of the worst customer service paid credit card. Raised a query on 7th May and yet to receive any call from the @bobcardofficial card team. It’s really frustrating and worst customer exp.
@bobcardofficial It’s very sad to experience that when you have heavy calls volume, you are automatically disconnecting the calls. IVR options are not working properly. Please increase concurrent call volume or talk to your CCaaS vendor to upgrade.
