This year's World Mental Health Day theme is 'mental health for all. To honour this, you can download my 4 Mindfulness Exercises for Children for free here: https://t.co/UpJTOgcDo5.
You are cordially invited to join my private FB group where we can chat, exchange ideas and learn more about conscious parenting, re-parenting and keeping our children and inner children joyful. I would be honoured if you joined me.

What’s been the highlight of your week? This week has been a good one! I completed my https://t.co/2JX1OLiq4N website and finally got all the bits for my daughter's school uniform, which is no mean feat.
I am excited to be training with the Jai Institute for Parent Coaching to take my practice to the next level. Watch this space. #joyfulmums#parentcoaching#joyfulparents
