Let’s help to save life this new year.
The World Health Organization@WHO just featured my video in collaboration with me on Instagram.
This is my biggest win this year. The dream has become reality. We have been noticed.
A big thank you to God, my family and YOU.
I will reshape public health in my lifetime.
How do you tell a great story?
You magnify it for all to see.
It all started as one of those his harmless tweets. Peter Obi in his usual fashion tried to draw a straight line between an intentional government, & talent discoveries.
He centered his post on the Spanish wonderkid "Lamine Yamal," how sports development at the grassroots can turn around the fortunes of the youth demography.
Then the miraculous happened!
One of those hungry Children of the CORN strayed into the Obidient trap, by asking their usual silly questions.
What followed will shock you. I took out the time to put this thread together, to show Nigerians what went down.
We knew nothing about them (before, during, & after the 2023 campaigns). At first, they sounded outlandish. I thought the handles were some of those fake Agbados masquerading as Obidients.
I WAS WRONG! I had to do a little digging to verify most of the claims. What I found was astonishing.
This woman here "DR STELLA ADADEVOH" should be on Nigerian currency, she should have a Statue, she should be taught in Nigerian history in schools.
She was responsible for saving Nigeria from the Ebola pandemic that could have paralyzed Nigeria
She diagnosed Patrick Sawyer , The Liberian Diplomat as Nigeria's first case of Ebola.
Mr Sawyer was in Nigeria for a conference, Dr Stella ensured he was quarantined, adequately treated and instituted a team.
Coincidentally Nigerian Doctors were on strike during this period,
She provided protective equipment, she alerted the authorities
It was because of her report that the Federal government instituted a Public Health emergency .
Ebola had already paralyzed some neighboring countries.
A disease with a high death rate.
Sadly in August 2014, Dr Stella tested positive for the Ebola virus, and was receiving treatment.
Sadly she died on August 19, 2014.
If not for her hundreds of people would have died.
Her legacy lives on. "DR STELLA ADADEVOH "
Ps- The film 93 days was in her Honour telling the story.
Google honored her in 2018 with a Google Doodle to celebrate what would have been her 62nd birthday.
At exactly this time 5am yesterday while I was at the hospital running my Accident and Emergency shift and saving lives, the Nigerian army broke into my home, forced my 72year old father to sit in an unhealthy position while they took away my 15 year old brother and sister.
What kind of Country are we living in???? Please please tell @HQNigerianArmy to release my 15year old Brother and my sister they broke our gate and our doors to carry by 5am this morning. @instablog9ja@yabaleftonline@ARISEtv
