@treft88 Are you talking about toy guns or real ones? I am only talking about toy guns and the majority of people may own or at least play with a toy gun, but do not and will not touch a real one
@treft88 Third, I have lived in the suburbs all of my life and have seen toy guns without an orange tip. Fourth, childhood is filled with incredibly stupid things. That should never mean you get gunned down by the police.
@treft88 There are so many things to unpack here. First, what is meant by a normal neighborhood? What is an abnormal neighborhood? Second, not everyone knows barrel safety, that is not a requirement of owning or gifting a toy gun.
@ButHrtWrestling @MKElliottLA@_SJPeace_ Your over simplification removes his humanity & the fact that he was a child. I notice that people that argue the police were right do not refer to him as a child. And the last time I checked, it was an officer's job to bring in potential criminals not kill them
@ButHrtWrestling @_SJPeace_ Police are supposed to react differently based on the age of who they are dealing with. Additionally, they had already killed her brother, they was no longer a situation to take control of. They killed him within a few seconds of arriving on scene.
@ButHrtWrestling @_SJPeace_ Or they could have saw a CHILD reacting hysterically & maybe listened to her say that was her brother and not expect a child to react to a traumatic event as we would expect an adult to. Seriously what are your expectations of children and could child you even pass your own test?
@ButHrtWrestling @_SJPeace_ 1. Please look up bad faith argument before you claim someone is doing that. 2. Reread what I wrote. I did not ask how you would react to that same situation, I asked if child you would be able to meet your expectations of a child.
@treft88@_SJPeace_ Wait, so you never played with toy guys as a child? You never pretended to be a cop? Also, how many times have you looked at a kid playing with toy, thought it was a real weapon and either feared for your life or called the cops.
Don't forget to pray, don't be ashamed to pray, and don't be too proud to pray. Prayer changes things. I don't care how dark things look to you. I don't care what anyone has said to you. I don't care what the verdict is, I don't care what the haters say. Don't forget to pray!
@Tiredof2020x @unfettered18 @AttorneyCrump I think the pt is that no matter what she said or did unless she has a weapon she was no real threat to him. He is supposed to be a trained professional ready to defend the school from outside threats. He has at least 100lbs on her and he is shld to be in control of his emotions
