VLOG: Typhoon #UlyssesPH dumped heavy rain in Luzon, exacerbating the situation of already families in Bicol region, who are still reeling from the devastating impact of typhoon #RollyPH.
We arrived Cagayan this morning. Our team arrived a few hours earlier with supplies. Situation is so much better. Many areas still flooded but water receded already.
Sorry, but the Nat’l Gov’t should “step up to the plate” re disaster response & should show more empathy to the victims of recent calamities...competence can sometmes take the place of empathy but not all the time!!! But... is it too much to ask for both?!?! #TimeToLevelUp
We need to ask help from the international community not only for relief support but also necessary air assets for rescue operations. Kailangan na natin ng tulong at expertise nila to save as many lives as possible. Di na kaya ng ating LGUs, and we cannot do this on our own.

1. Nag iimprovise na po sila ng balsa, nahihirapan sila kasi madami daw po talaga nag rqst na ma rescue;
2. Yung sa Linao East yung Coast Guard at PNP Maritime wt rubber boats lng nakakapasok kasi lagpas tao yung tubig.
