Your pastor should be fireable.
Not just “on paper” in the bylaws, but surrounded by strong, godly elders who aren’t afraid to confront and hold accountable.
If that’s not a reality where you are, then you might be following a PERSONALITY, not a pastor.
What I mean is that each one of you says, “I follow Paul,” or “I follow Apollos,” or “I follow Cephas,” or “I follow Christ.” Is Christ divided? Was Paul crucified for you? Or were you baptized in the name of Paul?

@Nathani80848253@AaronGogley@PoliticalDrinkr @5Solas I was just curious what your answer was to my original question. You can still believe in free will but also reasonably conclude that you can only choose within the confines of your nature/instincts. What’s an example of choosing outside of your instincts or programming?
@AaronGogley@Nathani80848253@PoliticalDrinkr @5Solas Yes, exactly. That’s why I posed the question. I don’t think there’s any such thing as “acting contrary to your instincts and programming”.
