🚨 URGENT: Patient – Neelam Rani | Claim Intimation No. 0935XXX.

Patient was admitted to Max Hospital, Mohali (Phase 6) on 4 Sept 2026 following a road-side accident and emergency hospitalisation.

Claim intimation was submitted on 5 Sept. However, we are being told that due to “system issues”, the claim is still showing as UNDER PROCESS.

Today is 9 Sept — almost a week since admission. The family is already under tremendous stress due to the accident and hospitalisation, and the continued uncertainty regarding the claim is adding to the harassment and anxiety.

This kind of delay and lack of effective communication is extremely disappointing, particularly in an emergency/accident case.

I strongly urge the senior officials and top management of @StarHealthIns to personally intervene and ensure that the matter should be resolved on an URGENT basis.
