@JDOfficial why do you mark up your items more expensive than what they should be? I was going to purchase this yesterday but saw you are charging an extra £10, this isn’t the first time, anyone else noticed this before?
@SkyHelpTeam 6 days now! No further update on your website, why can’t you advise what is currently been done to repair this, speak to openreach at least to get an update

@SkyHelpTeam Can you not call openreach or the tech team & try & find an update?? Everyone is struggling as it is homeschooling & working from home without this issue now aswell
@SkyHelpTeam I can’t even speak to anyone in the tech team now, this is beyond a joke no updates at all it’s not good enough! My neighbour has said openreach has said it’s not there issue what is the issue exactly! My bill is due on the 1st March why should I pay
@SkyHelpTeam My neighbour has been in touch & ae has been informed it will be repaired within the next 48 working hours, this isn’t good enough. I can’t work kids can’t do school work, thinking now of moving provider as this isn’t good service! It’s hard to check online as limited data
@SkyHelpTeam I am struggling to see how they are working on it, from what I have heard from others in my area with the same issue they weren’t aware of it. It’s not good when I can’t work kids can’t do homeschooling. I’d like to know a timescale of when it will be repaired
@SkyHelpTeam It says to move nearer, unplug & reconnect then says it fixed it. Ran test again & said it’s still not working. All weekend we had this & I haven’t got time to be contacting you all the time

Sort it & come take your stuff I am fed up of this. Kids at home schooling & I’m trying to work it really isn’t good enough
