Just for context:

The minimum qualification to be a Member of Parliament in Uganda 🇺🇬 is high school certificate (UACE).

The Minimum qualification of A consultant specialist neurosurgeon, cardiologist, transplant surgeon etc working at a National Specialized hospital in Uganda requires a minimum of 12yrs of school after UACE and they earn about 150,000,000 UGx Gross Salary Annually.

The money to buy a car for an MP is 3x what a surgeon would get in a year.
