Ugandans are entitled to ask a simple question: if public money can enter Lubowa without difficulty, why should public oversight require exceptional clearance to follow it?

Security protocols are understandable. Coordination is necessary. But accountability must never become a guest that requires permission to enter the house it helped finance.

Lubowa should ultimately be remembered for specialised medicine, not specialised explanations.

@AttoGladys Instead of equipping the medical field, they're stocking teargas cars, not to mean security is useless, but the medical field should be priotized..... There's severe understaffing, medical workers are under paid.... The public should look for all means to stay healthy 😂
