Still this issue is not resolved custmr who has promptly responded within 15mins on advance level fraud were Without sharing OTP transaction was happening which was experienced first time in 2023 after that there was a awareness campaign on such mode of fraudulent I feel helpless

To all subscribers of #icicibank please be aware of Fraud scammers even after you report the fraud on time Bank won't be supporting you I had a fraud in my credit card a year ago no support from authorities even after reporting within 15mins.
