Paid for home delivery, parcel not delivered, DM sent, still no proper response.

@ZARA Paid for home delivery. Parcel marked delivered but I received nothing.
Courier says it’s at their store and I must pick it up myself.
Why pay delivery fees then?
Under EU consumer law, delivery to my address is ZARA’s responsibility.
Very bad service. Feels like a scam.

The @airindia refused to refund the seat selection fee even after I showed proof (photos + seat map). This is totally unfair — passengers pay extra based on what airlines advertise, and this kind of misleading information is unacceptable.

I recently booked seats 42A and 42C on @airindia paying extra because the seat map clearly showed them as extra legroom / more spacious seats. But when I boarded, I was shocked the actual seats were completely different from what was shown during bking

@indemtel The Indian embassy in Israel was a negative experience for me. The consular treated me quite disrespectfully. They serve to assist citizens. I paid fees for the service, and in return, they treated me and other Indian citizens horribly. @DrSJaishankar
